1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use quantidawn.com and when you request or receive services from QuantiDawn ("QuantiDawn", "we", "us"), a business based in Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the site or asking for a quote, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

2. Our services

We provide outsourced construction cost estimating and quantity takeoffs, including per-project estimates, monthly retainer plans and trade-specific packages. We prepare estimates from the plans, specifications and scope notes you send us.

A quote request is not a contract. An agreement for services is formed when you accept a quote from us, or when we start work on your project after agreeing the scope with you.

3. Quotes and fees

Fees are set out in the quote we send you, or in the retainer plan you choose. Prices shown on our website are a guide and may change. Unless a quote says otherwise, fees exclude any taxes that apply. We will invoice you as set out in your quote.

Turnaround times on our website, such as "usually within 5 business days", are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have agreed a deadline with you in writing.

4. What we need from you

You agree to:

• give us accurate and complete plans, specifications and scope information, and tell us promptly if anything changes;
• make sure you have the right to share the documents you send us;
• review each estimate before you rely on it or submit it to anyone.

5. Estimates are not guarantees

Our estimates are prepared from the documents and information you provide. Actual quantities, costs and prices can differ because of site conditions, design changes, market and supplier pricing, and other factors outside our control. Every estimate is checked by a person before we send it, but it is a professional aid, not a guarantee of cost or of the outcome of any bid.

You are responsible for your own bidding and pricing decisions, and for confirming that an estimate suits your project before you use it.

6. Revisions

Revisions to an estimate are included until it is accurate to the scope you gave us. If the scope changes, for example because you send new or updated drawings, we may need to re-quote the work.

7. Confidentiality

We use your plans and project information only to prepare your estimate and to deal with your request, and we keep them confidential. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.

8. Intellectual property

You keep all rights in the plans and documents you give us. When you have paid for an estimate, you may use it for your own project and bid. We keep all rights in our methods, templates, software, tools and website content, including our AI-assisted tools, and you may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

9. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and fairly. Do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, upload malware or unlawful material, or copy the site or collect its content using automated tools.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, the website and the information on it are provided "as is", and we do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under the law that cannot be excluded, including, where they apply, rights under consumer protection laws.

11. Limit on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of a bid or contract, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a particular estimate or service is limited to the fees you paid us for that estimate or service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and the courts of the Philippines will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be overridden by choosing a different law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website or our services after a change, you accept the updated terms. A change will not affect an agreement you have already made with us.
